Meet The Trainer

Hello! I’m Paul the founder and creator of Motus 3. I’m a former apprentice professional footballer of Chelsea FC and BSc Exercise Science graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (U.S.A).

I consider myself not only privileged but also one of the lucky ones. My working life is spent doing what I love most, connecting with people and helping them to get fitter, stronger, leaner and to achieve a level of well being that goes way beyond their expectations.

I believe in an integrated whole body approach to fitness and performance that trains the body to move naturally and according to its authentic design. With over 14 years and 10,000 hours of practical experience I understand the emotional, social and physical barriers that stand in the way of you fulfilling your fitness goals. Whilst always working within a structured framework I design my programs so that they are varied, fun, innovative and goal specific. One of my greatest strengths is being able to take any exercise and to tweak it up or down so that it is always specific to your ability level.

Those that train with me know that I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge that keeps me at the forefront of the most current developments within the fitness Industry. I’m truly passionate about your success and will give you the direction and motivation you need to achieve your goals.
